BENEFITS OF THIS OPTION

  • Your friends, family and neighbors can purchase discounted open play passes that never expire while also supporting your school, church or organization.

  • Families can choose to visit FunFlatables at a date and time that is convenient for them.

 

OPEN PLAY PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • One Open Play Pass is valid for One Child

  • Valid towards Open Play only

  • Not valid towards birthday parties, field trips and/or holiday events

  • Valid at all FunFlatables' Locations

  • Multiple Passes can be used during the same visit

  • Children do not need to be from the same family

  • Passes Never Expire

DETAILS

  • Customer chooses a convenient fundraising time-frame and deadline to sell FunFlatables' discounted Open Play Passes (2-4 weeks recommended).

  • FunFlatables will supply all necessary Order Forms (typically one per student and/or family) and/or a digital link. Order Forms will be mailed to your school, church or organization. 

  • Customer to distribute the Order Forms to all participants to begin selling to family, friends and neighbors. (NOTE: Sellers to collect payment. Checks must be made payable to your school, church or organization).

  • When your Fundraiser deadline approaches, collect all Order Forms, along with their payments.

  • Call your FunFlatables' Fundraising coordinator and provide the number of total passes sold.

  • Within 3-days, FunFlatables will have your passes ready for pick-up, along with an Invoice less our 40% give-back!

DETAILS

  • Available Monday thru Thursday only.

  • Contact FunFlatables to reserve a date and time-frame that is convenient for your school, church or organization. 

  • Customer to invite family, friends and neighbors to enjoy a fun-filled time at FunFlatables while supporting your school, church or organization.

  • Payment and a waiver will be collected by a FunFlatables' staff member as guest arrive to your Fundraising Event. 

  • FunFlatables will track all fundraiser participants by using a separate fundraiser key on our cash register, as well as using a separate group waiver.

  • At the end of your event, a FunFlatables' staff member will review your guest totals with you.

  • Within 3-days, FunFlatables will mail your school, church or organization a check totaling 35% of your guest open play totals!

  • Students, friends, families and neighbors are able to socialize together in a fun and friendly environment, while also supporting your school, church or organization.

  • This options requires very little effort as FunFlatables provides the facility, the entertainment, the staff and the clean-up.
