What are FunFlatables’ Safety Rules?

Sanitization/Inspection of our inflatables and facility.
We clean, sanitize and inspect each of our inflatables numerous times a day. We sanitize our inflatables with a product called Matt-Kleen, which is widely used in schools and institutions for the cleaning of vinyl material. In addition to our daily sanitization of our inflatables, we use a hospital-grade steam cleaner to deeply clean and sanitize our inflatables on a regular basis. Our washrooms are also cleaned numerous times a day and deeply cleaned every night. All door handles and water fountains are santized daily. All Celebration Room tables are cleaned and sanitized after each use. We require all jumpers to use our hand sanitizers (provided by FunFlatables at the entrance of the inflatable arenas) and socks are required to jump.

Inspection of our entire facility. A full safety inspection is performed annually by both the Indiana Department of Homeland Security and a company contracted through our liability insurance carrier.

What are FunFlatables’ Safety Rules?
Remove shoes, eyeglasses & sharp objects before entering inflatables
NO food, candy or gum in the inflatable arena
NO flips
NO piling on or wrestling with others
MUST slide down all slides feet first
NO bouncing at top of slides (just sit down and slide)
Before sliding down a slide, make sure no one is at the bottom of the slide
DO NOT bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the inflatables
If the inflatable begins to lose air, make your way out the exit

How many total children included per party?
Depending on the party package selected:

Open Play $150 - 2-15 Kids
Open Play $200 - 16-25 Kids

NOTE
$10 each additional child for all party packages exceeding guest limit
Guest total include the guest of honor
Parents/Guardians/Teachers/Chaperones (18 and over) and non-mobile infants are NOT included in the guest total

Will my party have a party host the entire time of my party?
No. FunFlatables "Open Play" parties are not private and do not receive a personal party host. FunFlatables will provide supervisors in the inflatable arena. Upon entering your picnic table area, a party host will deliver to you your orders (i.e., pizzas, drinks, goodie bags). A party host will also make sure you will be provided all paper products and utensils. If you are in need of additional items, you may ask any party host or go to the front desk.

Am I allowed to tip a Party Host?
Absolutely. Tipping is greatly appreciated. If you feel that any member of our staff did an outstanding job in helping your party run smoothly and organized or went above and beyond in serving your children, please feel free to tip. However, tipping is NOT required.

Can I bring a piñata?
We allow only pull-string piñatas.

Can I bring confetti, silly string or streamers?
No. If you use them, you will be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.

Can I bring my own decorations?
The only decorations allowed are table decorations. We do not allow anything to be hung on the walls.

Can I bring my own paper products and table cloths?
Yes. However, keep in mind, we provide "generic" plates, cups, napkins, spoons and forks free of charge and our table cloths are bright and shiny. If you would like to bring your own themed products (such as plates, napkins, cups and table cloths), just hand them to the front desk upon check-in and we will take care of setting them up for you.

Can I bring in my own food?
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED, with the exception of Cake (no smash cakes), Cup Cakes and Ice Cream (Remember to bring your candles) (NOTE: You will need to bring your own cooler with ice for the ice cream, as we do not have a freezer to store for you—sorry!). See Party extras for your food and drink order.

Can I have alcohol for the adults?
Absolutely NO alcohol is allowed in our family entertainment center.

How early should we arrive before our scheduled party time?
We suggest that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows plenty of time for collecting of waivers and reviewing our safety rules. We suggest you put your party’s actual start time on the invitation and add the word PROMPT. If you put an earlier time on the invitation to ensure your guests arrive on time it could negatively affect those guests who arrive early, thus, causing them to have to wait much too long with their children. It is best to have as little waiting time as possible for the kids. Please be sure to inform your guests that if a child arrives late, he or she will lose play time in the inflatable arena, as the party must start at its designated time.

What else do I need to bring in besides my cake and/or cup cakes and/or ice cream?
Don’t forget candles.

Does each child need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family?
No. All family members can be on the same waiver. We have extras on hand in case a child forgets to bring theirs.

Are kids required to wear socks?
Yes. All children playing on our equipment are required to remove their shoes and wear socks-NO EXCEPTIONS, so please remember to bring socks. You may want to bring extra pairs of socks in case any of your guests forget. We do have socks for purchase at $2.00/pair.

Will I be charged for non-mobile infants or adults attending the party?
No. Any parent/guardian/teacher/chaperone (18 and older) or non-mobile infants are NOT considered a guest and you will not be charged for them.

Will another party be sharing the inflatable arena with my party?
YES. All FunFlatable parties at Southlake Mall are Open Play, therefore, the inflatable arena will be shared with other guests. Your party will be assigned to a designated picnic table area in which you will NOT be sharing with other guests. However, you may not have access to your picnic table area until towards the end of your jump time.

What do I have to do to reserve a party?
You may use our "Request A Date" system on our website and a member of our staff will call you within 48 hours to confirm your request. You may also call us or stop by.

All of our packages require a nonrefundable $75.00 deposit. This $75.00 deposit is applied towards the total cost of your party. All party packages are required to have a valid credit card on file in case of cancellation within 14 days of your party date. However, on the day of your party, you may pay the balance by cash. (PERSONAL CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED).

If you reserve your party within 14 days of your party date, you are required to pay 50% of your party package.

If you reserve your party within 48 hours of your party date, you are required to pay 100% of your party package, including any party extras ordered, excluding goodie bags.

Is my deposit refundable?
No, all deposits are nonrefundable. However, if you cancel prior to 14 days before your party date AND reschedule your party or schedule a party for a different child within six months, your deposit is transferable to the new party.

What if I need to change the date of my party or my party package type?
A party date may only be changed if it is prior to 14 days before your party date. Changing party packages will be denied and/or allowed on a case-by-case basis.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
To reserve a party, we require a $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. However, if you cancel your party 14 days prior to your party date, you can use your $75 deposit towards a future party or event. Your deposit can be paid via cash or credit card, however, if you do not use a credit card to pay your deposit, we do require that you supply us with a valid credit card to put on file. We will charge your credit card for $1.00 to ensure its validity. This credit card will not be charged unless you cancel your party within the timeframes listed below.

If you cancel your party between 14 and 8 days before your party date, your credit card will be charged 50% of your party rental fee.

If you cancel your party 7 days or less before your party date, your credit card will be charged 100% of your party rental fee.

NOTE: If you or any guest attending your party disobeys FunFlatables' rules, they will be asked to leave FunFlatables and you will still be responsible for paying in full for your party. If you or any guest attending your party creates a mess other than the standard clean-up (i.e., food fighting), the customer hosting the party will be charged a $25.00 clean-up fee. This charge will be placed on the customer's credit card on file.

Power Outage
In the unfortunate event there is a power outage, your party will be refunded on a prorated basis, in 15 minute increments.
