DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

$100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your party booking.  Your deposit is applied towards the balance of your party.  Your deposit is non-refundable as FunFlatables is committing and reserving this date and time for just your party, therefore, preventing another party booking. However, your deposit may be applied towards a future party booking, as follows:

ONE OR MORE DAYS’ NOTICE – 100% of your $100 deposit can be applied towards a future party booking. Your deposit can NOT be used towards Open Play or any other product or service of FunFlatables.

DAY OF – 50% of your $100 deposit will be forfeited entirely. 

NO SHOW- 100% of your $100 deposit will be forfeited entirely.

BALANCE DUE.  The balance of your party invoice is due upon arrival on the date of your party. We accept cash or credit card only. PERSONAL CHECKS not accepted. 

NOTE: Any invoice adjustments must be settled 30 minutes prior to the end of your party.


FOOD AND DRINK POLICY

 NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED, with exception of the following:

  • Cake/Cupcakes/Dessert
  • Veggie/Fruit Tray
  • Chips and Dip
  • Bottled Water/Juice Boxes

NOTE:  FunFlatables feels this policy is very generous compared to most other party venues that do not allow any outside food or drinks.  This policy will be strictly enforced.

FOOD ALLERGY. Outside food allowed for any guest with a food allergy (food allergy guest only).

ADDITIONAL FOOD AND DRINKS. Must be purchased through FunFlatables.


FunFlatables strives to provide your family and guests with a fun, safe and well-structured party experience. To ensure your party experience is successful, all party guests must follow our safety rules, policies and procedures


FUNFLATABLES’ GENERAL POLICIES

WAIVER.  A signed Waiver is required for all participants.  All minors under 18 years old, regardless of participation, must be listed on the Waiver.  Waivers require Parent/Guardian’s name, address and phone number as “Identity Verification” per insurance policy.

SOCKS REQUIRED. For sanitary purposes, socks are required for all participants.

FUNFLATABLES’ SAFETY RULES

To participate in playing on FunFlatables’ play equipment, all participants must follow our safety rules listed below.

  • NO shoes, eyeglasses or sharp objects.
  • NO drinks, food, candy or gum.
  • NO flips, piling on or wrestling with other participants.
  • NO jumping from the top of the slide.
  • MUST sit at the top of the slide before sliding down.
  • MUST slide down all slides feet first and exit immediately.
  • DO NOT climb up the slide, steps must be used.
  • DO NOT bounce against the sides or near the doorway.
  • DO NOT climb on the side walls of the inflatables.
  • If inflatable begins to lose air, exit immediately.

NOTE:  To maintain a safe play environment for all participants, any participant not obeying our safety rules may be asked to leave with no refund.


FUNFLATABLES’ ADDITIONAL PARTY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

ARRIVAL. Please do NOT arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your party start-time to avoid unnecessary wait time.

EARLY SET-UP NOT PERMITTED. Due to another party potentially in session and/or staffing availability, early set-up can NOT be permitted.

LATE ARRIVAL. If your party arrives late, FunFlatables may NOT be able to accommodate due to another party booking, staffing and/or closing time. Therefore, your party may be forced to forfeit party time with no discount or refund.

PARTY END TIME. Your party must end at its designated end time for FunFlatables to maintain capacity loads, allow adequate time to prepare for the next party, staffing and/or closing time. If violated, a fee of $25 per 30 minutes will be imposed.

SPECIFIC PARTY AREAS AND/OR ROOMS CAN NOT BE RESERVED. To maintain an organized and structured daily party flow and avoid double bookings, FunFlatables can NOT promise nor guarantee a specific party area and/or room.

KID COUNT AND PIZZA/PARTY EXTRAS MUST BE ORDERED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY!

Our pizza vendor requires a 24-Hour notice to order pizzas and party extras, allowing the proper amount of time for food prep and staffing.

KID COUNT. It is very important to select the correct party package size to ensure adequate free pizzas.  If your kid count on the date of your party increases, your party package will be increased accordingly, however, you will forfeit any free pizzas not previously ordered.

LAST MINUTE ORDERS. Ordering last minute can cause order mix-ups and/or delivery delays.  If customer fails to finalize their pizza and/or party extras order within the required 24-Hour prior to party date period, FunFlatables will order ‘cheese’ only pizzas that are included in the party package size of the most recent invoice.  If customer insists on changing and/or adding additional items to their order last minute, customer then relieves FunFlatables from any and all responsibility for any order mix-ups and/or late deliveries.  FunFlatables will not give any refunds and/or allow additional party time.

PIZZA DELIVERY TIME. FunFlatables can NOT guarantee an exact pizza delivery time due to pizzas being prepared and delivered from an outside vendor. If the front desk and/or your party host give you a time, please note that this is only an ‘estimated’ time and not an ‘exact’ time.  Your pizzas will NOT be considered late unless they arrive within the last 45 minutes of your party timeframe. 

FINAL KID COUNT ON THE DATE OF YOUR PARTY. All children (18 and under) participating, regardless of age, will be included in your final kid count (EXCLUDES 1 Birthday Child). There will be a $5 charge for any additional Birthday Child to be excluded from the kid count.  Your party package will be adjusted as follows: 

PARTY PACKAGE INCREASE. If your party package increases on the date of your party, your party package will be increased accordingly, however, you will forfeit any free pizzas not previously ordered. 

PARTY PACKAGE DECREASE. If your party package decreases on the date of your party, your party package will be decreased accordingly, however, any pizzas and 2-liters not included in your lower package, will be added to your invoice as party extras. 

REMOVAL OF FUNFLATABLES’ TABLECLOTHS NOT ALLOWED. FunFlatables’ tablecloths are precisely measured and glued down for a uniform decor. If you wish to bring your own tablecloths, they must be placed over of our tablecloths. Peeling off our glued tablecloths causes damage to them and are costly to replace, remeasure and reglue. Therefore, a $50 repair and maintenance fee will be assessed if a customer removes our tablecloths. 

WALL DECORATIONS ONLY ALLOWED IF HUNG UP USING ‘PAINTER’S TAPE’. Other tapes can potentially damage the paint on our walls. 

CONFETTI/SILLY STRING NOT ALLOWED. “Confetti” and “Silly String” are NOT allowed due to extensive and timely clean-up. If violated, a $50 clean-up fee will be imposed. 

SMASH CAKES. FunFlatables discourages ‘smash cakes’ due to their potential extensive and timely clean-up.  FunFlatables will allow a ‘smash cake’ on the conditions that customers supplies a plastic tablecloth to place underneath the birthday child, as well as, assume full responsibility for the clean-up.  If these conditions are not met, FunFlatables reserves the right to charge a $25 clean-up fee. 

PULL STRING PINATAS ONLY. For safety, we allow pull-string Pinatas only. 

PROFOUND LANGUAGE, INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR AND DISREGARDING SAFETY RULES. FunFlatables is committed to maintaining a safe and fun environment. If a party member and/or party guest uses profound language, demonstrates inappropriate behavior and/or disregards FunFlatables’ Safety Rules and/or Policies, each violator may be asked to leave FunFlatables with no refund or discount. 

EMERGENCY CLOSING. If FunFlatables is forced to close due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, power outages, customer will be required to reschedule their party to a new date and time mutually agreeable by both FunFlatables and the customer to avoid forfeiting their party deposit. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER. If FunFlatables is required to close and/or chooses to close, due to inclement weather beyond its control, customer will be required to reschedule their party to a new date and time mutually agreeable by both FunFlatables and the customer to avoid forfeiting their party deposit.  If FunFlatables chooses to remain open during inclement weather, customer may choose to cancel their party, however, to avoid forfeiting their party deposit, customer must reschedule their party to a new date and time mutually agreeable by both FunFlatables and the customer.

AGE LIMIT.  FunFlatables caters to ages 12 and under.  However, older siblings, as well as parents and/or guardians are allowed to participate, as long as they are accompanied by a child 12 years old or younger.  Please note, all participants under 18 years old must ‘pay to play’ and require a signed Waiver.
